We offer various massage styles, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and pre/postnatal massage. A customized treatment will be determined after your consultation and assessment.
Only formally educated and licensed professionals trained to assess and treat conditions like injuries, chronic pain, and postural issues can deliver registered massage therapy. In BC, the diploma program takes about two years and includes hundreds of clinical hours. Due to this advanced training, RMT treatments are typically covered by insurance.
Please complete the intake form online or arrive a few minutes early to fill it out. For your comfort, wear loose-fitting clothing, and consider eating a few hours before your session while staying hydrated.
During your first session and any follow-ups, you’ll have a brief consultation with your therapist to discuss your needs and health concerns, followed by a physical assessment. The therapist will then tailor the massage to your preferences. The session concludes with recommendations for stretching, strengthening exercises, posture adjustments, lifestyle changes, and alternative therapies.
You may undress to your level of comfort. The therapist will ensure you are always properly draped, exposing only the area being worked on.
The frequency of your sessions depends on your needs and goals. For general relaxation, once a month may suffice, while injury rehabilitation or chronic pain may benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Your therapist will offer personalized recommendations based on your condition.

If you have allergies or skin sensitivities, please inform us ahead of time. We use fractionated coconut oil, which is generally safe for sensitive skin. You’re also welcome to bring your own oil if you prefer.

Your treatment fee covers the time and care of our therapist. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will result in a fee equal to the full treatment cost, as this time could have been offered to another client. Please note the charge can not be billed to your insurance provider. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, you can park in stalls numbered 101-105 or any unnumbered stalls at the back.
We’re located on the ground floor inside the NextGen office, near the building main entrance. Please wait in the reception area, and our therapist will greet you. For visits on weekends, holidays, or after 5 pm, when NextGen is closed, our therapist will meet you at the backdoor a few min prior to the treatment.
Yes, we maintain strict hygiene standards, cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and spaces between each client to ensure a safe environment.
